92% of participants felt “more connected to colleagues” and said “it boosted their self-awareness and strengthened relationships and belief in company vision“.

This isn’t just about team bonding—it’s about building resilience through change. Creative offsite experiences, don’t just engage employees; they ignite productivity and deepen collaboration.

Psychological safety isn’t a perk-it’s the foundation of performance

Equipping line managers with real leadership skills transforms workplaces into environments where trust and open communication thrive.

The recognition of the ‘Best Line Manager Training Programme’ at the 2023 InsideOut Awards proves the power of structured leadership development: it doesn’t just build better managers—it builds cultures where teams engage, innovate, and deliver.

As Louise Smith points out, psychological safety allows teams to tackle challenges head-on and elevate client service. “The connection is clear: leadership training for line managers isn’t a ‘nice-to-have’; it’s a business imperative. It builds trust, strengthens relationships, and creates the conditions for teams to succeed, internally and externally.”

Through my sessions with Cameron, I've been able to address a number of unhelpful thoughts, habits and behaviours that have kept me from thriving in my current role. Our sessions have also been instrumental in helping me better understand my natural strengths, what work truly motivates me and my workplace "non-negotiables" - all of which has given me valuable insight into what kind of role I'd find fulfilling in the long term.

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from coaching and had only a vague sense of what I wanted to get out. But Cameron really helped me clarify my goals, identify practical steps to achieve them, and was also highly valuable in helping me to appreciate the value of my relationships. And he made the process both enjoyable and engaging!

What I value when working together

I am all about ~ Bold, Persistent, Fun! I value being Bold, being Persistent, & having Fun in people, in teams, in clients, and in partnerships. In short, I believe being bold, persistent, and having fun makes the world a better place!

Be Bold

Step into fear to accelerate your growth. Dream big to achieve extraordinary things. Confidently connect to experts. Pour your heart and soul into what you do, working with a sense of purpose and determination. Execute like a professional whether you feel like it or not. Own your flaws as much as your strengths. Always commit before you are ready. Speak up, saying what needs to be said. Never give up.

Be Persistent

It is not the big that beat the small, but the persistent that beat the inconsistent. Prioritise resilience over concession, focusing on the 20% of effort that will drive 80% of the results. Build a world-class team of autonomous people who get stuff done – and who systematise and automate wherever possible. Strive for simplicity, asking often ‘How are we making this too difficult?” Celebrate execution and respect deadlines. Done is better than perfect.

Have Fun

Enjoy the process and celebrate the wins along the way. Choose happiness and optimism, spreading positivity to others. Relax, smile, love and laugh. Don’t take things too seriously and be sure to stop to smell the roses (my favourite flower).
