What drives me

I know what struggle feels like…

For periods in my career, I didn’t feel balanced. I often felt out of control. My success felt inconsistent.  I spent time reflecting with several dedicated coaches who helped me to re-build on strong foundations.

Implementing what I had learned, I started to show up at my best, not just at work, but with my health and at home. I was able to be authentically present and began to produce far more, with less effort. I was also able to maintain my success consistently, no matter what came my way.

I therefore understand what it’s like to persevere through crisis. I’ve had my fair share of career turbulence and even crashes.  I have navigated major downturns, each time emerging stronger as a result.

My Experience

My career experience is at senior levels of Leadership in the worlds of Professional Services, Management Consulting  and Fintech SaaS. I understand first-hand the thrill of life in the fast lane as well as the pressure and stress it can lead to.  I have also had my fair share of leadership and career crashes and I am still here to tell my story.  

The way I work involves in-session coaching, focused exercises, strategic practices and support combined with an emphasis on creating the space and time to think and reflect.  I offer unique coaching programmes that cater for a range of clients and high achievers, from leaders, directors and entrepreneurs, new business owners and teams. So wherever you are right now, I can help you develop the resilience, strategies and self-belief to succeed and design the future you want.

Be Open to Challenge

This quote, a favourite from Theodore Roosevelt, articulates to me the importance of putting yourself in challenging situations to enable growth:

“It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs, who comes short again and again, because there is no effort without error and shortcoming; but who does actually strive to do the deeds; who knows great enthusiasms, the great devotions; who spends himself in a worthy cause; who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat.”
